Ha ha ha ha! Thanks for your comment. I should have phrased that differently. I actually love being by myself and being single. I think I had just forgotten that the dating scene is tricky. It is easier to be single because I am completely happy by myself and when I date it just adds in all this confusion and I just can’t figure out what these boys are doing. That line was commenting towards a bunch of dating hiccups as of recently. =)

Single life is tricky?? I can’t possibly agree with that. I LOVED being single. Do what I want, go where I want, when I want, all the decisions were mine…. it was magic. Complete freedom and full responsibility for myself. Nobody else to blame, rely on, depend on, drag me down. Having talked to many people about this, we concluded that it’s about being happy with oneself and one’s own company. When I met my current partner I was literally in two minds whether to go with it and see what happened or walk away because I didn’t want the hassle of a relationship. We’re way past the honeymoon phase and I don’t regret sticking with it for one moment. , I would make exactly the same decision a million times again, but part of what makes it good is knowing that should I ever find myself going solo again, it will be ok; life will still be good, just in a different way. See the bright side. Want what you have in order to have what you want.

cool, the good list is a lot longer! i tore another tendon yesterday- same injury, opposite hand. here we go…no climbing for a while
